Policies & Reminders
Appointments can be made online, by phone or in salon. A deposit will be required online to secure booking, this deposit will be applied to your final bill on the day of your service.
We understand that plans change! However, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Less than 24 hour notice may result in the loss of your deposit or cancellation fee applied.
Please call if you are running late to your appointment, arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule or receive a shortened service to respect other clients appointments.
Patch test is required for all colouring and tinting services and will need to be repatch tested every 6 months, Please book a consultation.
